I was helping a friend who had lost his only set of keys to his 2004 Malibu(the Bu) I called and spoke with Amanda Smith at the Service Center who was of a tremendous help and a great deal of patience. Once the car was there Amanda explained all costs and options. My friend called and said some found his keys so I picked them up and brought them to Amanda who then had extra sets made for my friend. A simple thing, yes but made easier by Amanda's caring and her concern. I tell everybody how great this organization is but there service center with people like Amanda and everybody loves Ray make it more so. More
I needed to have a key FOB reprogrammed and saw Ray. He was fast, efficient and courteous. I cannot say enough about how great this service experience was. I had a minor item surface with the windshield washer squirt hose during the work week that could be a problem if we had messy weather. Without an appointment, Ray was able to get it squeezed in with Ja squirt hose during the work week that could be a problem if we had messy weather. I went to Carter a couple months ago looking for a very specific and hard to find vehicle. Mark kept looking until he found what I was looking for. Sure enough, when I went to see it I found it to be exact specific and hard to find vehicle. Mark kept looking until he found what I was looking for.
