I was dealt with much patience and knowledge. I was listened to as my desires. I did not feel compelled to rush or purchase anything. It is very clean and comfortable there. All of the vehicles are clean and well kept. I had such fun on my test drive. I wanted that Traverse!! had to have it!! Bob Fed us and Bob Oles made it happen. I am a very happy customer. Ray always goes the extra mile! Ray Maher is not just some service writer at some dealership. He is the reason I go to Carter Chevrolet for service. I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Aurora t Ray Maher is not just some service writer at some dealership. He is the reason I go to Carter Chevrolet for service. I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Aurora that is much better suited for service at a Cadillac dealership. Ray treats you like family and his expert techs have kept my aging car running. He provides excellent communication on the status of your car and is always ready with a joke or some wit when the diagnosis isn't so good and you need a moral boost. Carter provides courtesy transportation and the repairs are warrantied. I have a stack of service records for this car the size of a phonebook and on the rare occasion that something didn't go back together as I left it Ray and his team quickly take care of the problem and get me on my way.
