I was pleasantly surprised to find they do not have pushy salesmen who are constantly trying to close (which is far too common in the car sales industry). They have a great team of kind family oriented sales men and women who all show care for the customer. I'm not the easiest consumer to deal with but they were very patient and receptive to what I was looking for and they were able locate exactly what I wanted. We went in only looking for a new Silverado and were so pleased with the experience that we ended up getting a vehicle for my wife as well. *Sheri Thompson* was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend asking for her when you go in - she made the car buying experience easy and stress free (which is key when you have a wife who is 6 months pregnant). I'm confident Carter will continue to exceed all expectations even after purchase. There's no need to shop around when there are still honest dealers like Carter. Thank you for everything! More

He introduced me to Sheri Thompson for my sales consultant. Sheri had be test drive the truck while the dealer checked out my trade. We got back to the dealer and went over the numbers and to my surprise there were more incentives and rebates than I thought. I also got a great price for my trade.Jonathen Buttero went over the finance options with me and Sheri helped with most of that too. This was by far the best buying experience ever and im 55. From the moment I entered the dealership I was treated excellent from all the friendly staff. I never felt pressured and everything went smooth and fast. My Chevy Volt's charger cord broke. When my charger broke in my Volt, I wanted it fixed right away. It was Friday and I was concerned because Saturday's are so busy at the service area.
