However, this was not the case at Carter Chevrelot. I found a vehicle I was interested in on their website and a representative got a hold of me right away to schedule an appointment to come in. The vehicle was waiting for me as soon as I arrived. I worked with Jimmy and he was so nice. I felt as if he genuinely wanted to make sure I had a vehicle that suited my needs and I didn't feel pressured at all. He was very thorough in explaining all the vehicle's features as well as all the services Carter Chevrolet offers. Jonathan from financing was friendly as well and thoroughly went over the details as to what financing options were available. I had recently relocated from NY and Jonathan ensured that transferring everything over went smoothly. After my 2nd visit there, we finalized all the paperwork and I was driving off the lot with my new car. That process took less than an hour and a half. Great Buying Experience I had a great buying experience. I first contacted Carter through Chevy's website. Carter got back to me very quickly and we talked about a Colorado a I had a great buying experience. I first contacted Carter through Chevy's website. Sure enough, one did show up and they called immediately and we scheduled a drive. That is when I met Jimmy Fuska. He was very helpful, and it turned out I wanted a long bad vs the short bed they just got. Jimmy did not pressure me, he just said Carter would call when their next delivery would show up in a couple of weeks. I saw the truck that was coming and it was exactly what I wanted. Long story short, I got a good trade-in, gave a deposit, and when the truck arrived we processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Jimmy did the delivery. Overall it was a great experience.
