I spoke with Sara from the internet sales team and right away she had answers to me in regards to trade in value of my old car to how much my payments would be on my new truck in a matter of minutes. I must also mention she asked me what I wanted instead of trying to fit me into something I did not want that would fit my budget, she was willing to work with me to get the things I wanted at a reasonable price. Sarah set up a meeting with Mark for me to come in and from there it was all about getting me into my new Silverado Z71 Blackout edition truck. Mark Cross was friendly, not pushy at all, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted at another dealership. The whole process, from looking, test driving, choosing and purchasing, was seamless and not in any way pressured. They made sure I was aware of all opportunities I had to make the purchase, take a longer test drive, take it over night to show the family and they did all this without making me feel pressured. I did not purchase the car they day I went in, I did however make the purchase 2 days later. Everyone was again helpful and egger to get the car ready for me to take home. They make me feel as important as the first time I walked in. I will recommend this dealership if I know of anyone who wants to purchase a car without being hassled. I have had my car for about 2 weeks now and I am enjoying every day! I am looking forward to how the next few years go as I get my FREE car washes and 2 Oils changes. I will keep you all posted on how things are going. If things go as well as I think they are, I will be shopping for more cars in just a few years for my 2 Sons. More
