I went in for an oil change filter and an air filter yesterday. I thought I was done climbing under vehicles. and changing my own oil. BUT for $213.99 for an oil change and filter. I'll do it myself. The absolute worst mechanical service on the planet, couldn't even change plugs and wires correctly, what a bunch of clowns, stay far away from Vernon Chevrolet, they are the most dishonest, unprofessio couldn't even change plugs and wires correctly, what a bunch of clowns, stay far away from Vernon Chevrolet, they are the most dishonest, unprofessional, untrained staff on the planet. I got a 2016 corvette. It started running like crap on the way home. 60.000 dollar car running like crap on the way home. I stayed up all night reading about all the issues with GM vehicles. I called first thing in the morning asking to return the corvette and get my money and trade back. NO DEAL! They did let me have it serviced at a dealer closer to me but it's a 50/50 chance it will still fail after a triple transmission fluid flush. I'm sick over it. I can sell it but stand to loose thousands. They don't return calls, and make it very obvious that they don't care. Google search issues with GM transmission/ motors and Torque converters. Thousands of issues. Horrible devastating transaction don't buy here. They truly don't care. More

Don't ever buy a vehicle here, they are the worst dealer I've EVER been to. They sold me a lemon, then I returned it and they sold me another one . We are now on our 9th (yes you read that right) loaner vehicle and discovered that our truck had an accident on a carfax not provided to us, Our truck brakes heat up to 220 degrees which was measured by vehicle and discovered that our truck had an accident on a carfax not provided to us, Our truck brakes heat up to 220 degrees which was measured by another certified dealer. Buyers please be aware that Carter has changed and two people helping us have quit. Stay tuned as our last request was to simply buy back our truck and replace it. Manager Paul Vargas refused to do so and we are pursuing legal action. We have also reached out to Jen Couture CEO with no result as of yet. More

All around excellent. Everyone was polite and helpful from the front desk to the salesman and the financial Dept, Miguel went above and boyond, that guy knows what he's doing.
