I think this is the best Ram dealership in the United States, I have a 2019 Ram 3500 my engine blew up on the way from Oklahoma to California, lucky for me it happened in Vernon TX and the tow truck driv States, I have a 2019 Ram 3500 my engine blew up on the way from Oklahoma to California, lucky for me it happened in Vernon TX and the tow truck driver told me that Vernon Dodge was a great dealership, he was right on the money, I want to thank the service department Mark and Robert also the mechanic Josh I could not be happier with this dealership I highly recommend them too bad they are 1300 miles from my home in California. The Ford Service Department got my 2020 Ford Edge in quick twice this month! First an oil change and then a screen and software update issue. My car was picked up from my job and delivered back to me. C quick twice this month! First an oil change and then a screen and software update issue. Chris is a great guy, but our truck has been in the shop since August 1, 2023 and they can't give us any answers as to when it will be fixed. Nor have they given us a loaner vehicle. I’m highly disappointed in the Ford house at Vernon auto group, I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and a few days later noticed that my splash guard was gone. I took my vehicle in today on April 19, group, I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and a few days later noticed that my splash guard was gone. I took my vehicle in today on April 19, 2023 to get an oil change and asked to replace my splash guard and they refused to replace the splash guard. Not only did they remove a part from my vehicle they also in a sense called me a liar and said it was my fault. I am highly upset about it and will not be going back. More

Waited over four weeks for service on my 2021 F250. Dropped off truck for the day. When I picked up was told “super busy..tech left early...didn’t get to your truck”..What? I always try to shop local and put my money into Vernon as much as possible. I was very pleased that Vernon Auto Group was able to work with my schedule and get my car in after having to wait so long (2 mo as much as possible. I was very pleased that Vernon Auto Group was able to work with my schedule and get my car in after having to wait so long (2 months) for either parts to come in or for them to have time to check what was going on. However, I was not please by the fact that I got my car back with a deep scratch on the interior passenger handle of my car and also what seemed to be oil or something black that was smeared all over my passenger seat top to bottom that I had to scrub by hand being 7 months pregnant and not being able to completely remove them. My car interior is creme colored and stains/marking show up very easily on my cloth seats. So I’m not very happy that I got my car back in the condition that I did. More
