We appreciate all feedback we get from customers. As we progress down the road to excellence ever customer's feedback is critical to our success. We strive to have the condition of all vehicles perfect when they are viewed, but we are fallible in that pursuit. We do, from time to time, have to questions the validity of some responses. The reviewer states that the named salesperson was using tobacco in front of them. This is untrue for 2 reasons. 1) We do not allow tobacco use in our facilities period. 2) The salesperson (Mike Sanchez) does not use tobacco or has he ever used a tobacco product. We thank the reviewer for the time they took to notify us of these issues and we look forward to correcting any and all issues.
