I am good with the deal i made on my new Dodge ram. The thing that i thought was a little hard to understand was the Internet price for my vehichle was different than what the price turned out to be. Robbie explained that the internet price was a trade in allowance but i never seen that. Another request i had was to change out the tires on my truck but the service department told Robbie that would require tire infalation monitors to be changed and would be alot of trouble to do so. These are the things i didnot feel comfortable about, i did tell Robbie that the tire change out was not a big deal but i do think that it could have been done maybe the service dept was to busy i dont know. I am really enjoying my new truck and plan on driving it for a long time. One of the main reasons i came to Vernon Auto Group was the lifetime warranty which gives alot of peace of mind i just hope that the warranty is not like the internet price and there is something i missed. Sent message to Dealership at 11 P.M. on a Friday night and had a responce by 830 A.M. Saturday from Steve with qoutes worked up on not only one but two trucks I was looking at. Our salesman was very "low pressure." He allowed us to look around and ask questions when needed. He also allowed us to compare two comparable vehicles via test drive. The "as-is" van we purchased was missing both second row headrests. Because of the safety concern, our salesman immediately and happily volunteered to order replacements and have them shipped to us. The headrests arrived within a week, and they fit exactly as promised. The sales manager was able to work with us on our trade-in to get the final vehicle price right where we needed it to be. I will say that at the time of our shopping the dealership was going through an acquisition of another dealer, so arriving from out-of-town using google directions took us to their new vehicle lot which is JAM-PACKED with cars and trucks - very intimidating for a used car buyer. However, the lot we were taken to by the salesman was much easier to get around in. Overall, very satisfied with the buying experience! Note: Not impressed with the new en vogue "no haggle pricing" that most dealers are going with. This is reason for the "4" rating on price. More

We wanted to compare a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Ford Ed different vehicle I should check with Victor Overby at the Dodge/Ford/Jeep dealership in Vernon. We wanted to compare a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Ford Edge & Explorer, and check on the availability of a 3/4 ton Dodge diesel(previously had owned a 2000 Dodge diesel)with 2 wheel drive. There was not a Grand Cherokee or 2 wheel drive 3/4 ton diesel in stock, and we felt we would not be satisfied with the Edge & Explorer as a replacement for our Expedition. Victor was very patient with us as we tried to determine which vehicle we would like to purchase. As it turned out, a Dodge Ram 1500 Longhorn Crew Cab 4x4 was selected and purchased. We used up most of Victor's afternoon but I never felt hurried or pushed and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. More

I sit on the board of directors of a bank in Elk City, Oklahoma and pass through Vernon, Texas twice each month on my way to and from my monthly meetings. On January 19th, about twenty miles outside Vern Oklahoma and pass through Vernon, Texas twice each month on my way to and from my monthly meetings. On January 19th, about twenty miles outside Vernon, my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe began to shutter followed shortly by an array of red warning lights on the dash. With my foot on the floor I was only able to maintain a speed of around 40 miles an hour as I limped along on the highway. I pushed the OnStar button and was greeted by an operator who successfully identified the issue with my car, located Ruble-Vance Chevrolet ahead in Vernon and set up a conference call between the two of us and service manager, Tommy Gonzales. I explained to Tommy that I was on my way to a business meeting and would appreciate any help he could offer to get me back on the road. When I reached the dealership, Tommy met me at the garage door and before I had the car in park had a mechanic working on my car. Tommy explained that the rental agency was out of cars and the dealership did not have a loan car to offer, but that he was working on other possibilities to get me a car. After about five minutes, it was determined that the part needed to repair my car was in stock and that the entire fix could be completed in short order. Tommy even noted that my tail light was out and managed to get that fixed as well. Dollar signs were swimming around in my head as I approached Vernon since, in my experience, engine problems are rarely quick, easy or inexpensive. As my car was only slightly over the warranty period, Tommy was able to get the repairs covered at no cost to me. Truly amazing and absolutely unexpected! I was also assisted by the Ruble-Vance office staff, who allowed me to print, sign and fax a proxy statement so the meeting I was missing could go on in my absence. I am immensely appreciative for the level of competence and kindness offered by the staff at this dealership. They successfully turned what could have been an incredibly expensive and inconvenient experience to the highlight of my month. The Tahoe I am driving today is just over five years old. I made my last payment on it last week. While I intend to keep it as a second vehicle, I can assure you that the service provided by the staff at Ruble-Vance Chevrolet has cemented my desire to own another Chevrolet. I offer my most sincere thanks to all involved. More
