I was looking for a Ram 3500 Longhorn dually and stumbled across Vernonautogroup.com. The price was well below what other dealerships in my area were asking . He gave me a very reasonable trade in offer and I filled out the credit app online. I was approved for a loan within a day that beat my credit union! I scheduled a day later that week to make my trade. I arrived and my truck was parked out front all cleaned up and ready to go. I drove Victor down the street to the fuel station and he bought me full tank of diesel for my trip home. He gave me a full check out on all systems and gadgets and went over all the paperwork and warranty concerns. The dealership has kept in touch with me to follow up with my purchase and I had a great experience with great satisfaction. No one could explain why my new vehicle hade over 800 miles on it. Also I can't seem to get answers on the telephone after the sales. Sometimes I think that they sold me a vehicle and don't want to be miles on it. Also I can't seem to get answers on the telephone after the sales. I actually threaten to go to management if I wasn't put through to someone in the department. I did get someone then said they would call back the next day with the answer to my question. I called two days later and said I wanted the manager direct. Got him and he said that my request was wright in front of him and was just going to call. The request stems from trying to get my truck refinanced at a lower rate three months after buying the vehicle. That was last August. Passing the Buck, The manager said that a bank would contact me and to make sure to answer all the one 800 numbers. Well here I sit still waiting nine months later, no bank calls no follow-up from anyone. I might change my mind about recommending anyone to Vernon. I have already recommended a few friends. If they get treated like me with broken promises they wont be friends anymore. More
