Usually when i think of Honest People and a Fair Deal a Car Dealership is the last thing that comes to mind. I have tried to deal with many Car Dealers over the years, only to walk out the door because mo Car Dealership is the last thing that comes to mind. I have tried to deal with many Car Dealers over the years, only to walk out the door because most of them are looking to get as much money out of you as possible. I didnt feel that way by any means at this dealership. I tried to purchase a new Ford Explorer for my wife through at least 10 different dealers, only to continue my search and end up at Vernon Auto Group. I drove 3+ hours to trade in our Ford Edge for a new Explorer. They offered me the most for our trade and took the most off the new vehicle. They were extremely friendly and honest. Will defintely continue to do business with them in the future. More

He was always accessible, and went out of his way to do a walk-around inspection of the truck and test drive while I was on the phone. Everything from front-end alignment to interior/exterior vehicle condition and options were delivered exactly as promised. Everyone I worked with -- from sales to financing, management, and the delivery team -- were all top-notch. Steve and the finance company were very easy to work with. They sent the papers via e-mail since we live out of state. This is the third time I have dealt with Robby and the staff of Vernon Auto. Every experience has been as good as the first one which is why I recommended them to my boyfriend who bought a car from there staff of Vernon Auto.
