Before today, I was not familiar with Vernon Auto Group. I found a vehicle that I was interested in on line, and decided to check them out. Deiter was my salesman, and did a great job of explaining to me what I should expect from the staff. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy. Everyone I had to speak with to get me in my new car was very friendly and helpful. Deiter and the rest of the staff worked to get me a very fair trade-in price for my 2005 GMC Sierra, and a great interest rate for financing. Originally, I was not sure that I wanted to trade my truck in, but after a few hours, I found myself driving home a used 2010 Ford Escape. No hassles and no gimmicks is what they advertise, and that was what I experienced. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I met a rep half way and the pickup was ever nicer than represented. Steve Yabarra was great to deal with and the Vernon dealing was painless. They didn't try to sell add on bs after the deal. Straight forward, plain business, bottom line dealing, and honest. Even the delivery drivers were very nice guys to deal with as well. I definatly will consider Vernon Auto Group again when I need a Ford. We now have 11 Fords! More
