I was given complete instructions on how to use everything and took off with my new Ram. Within less than 24 hours, I was in my new truck! Only possible complaint on that end would be that the miles exceeded 100,000 and we were not told until we signed the papers that if we chose a vehicle with mileage under that mark- there would have been some type of warranty pkg that covered 3 major areas.
