I have rated my experience with this Dealership as great since the entire experience was more than expected. I started my search for a new vehicle online. I live in Arkansas. After shopping around I was most impressed with the pricing offered by the Vernon Auto Group as well as the lifetime warranty on the powertrain on vehicles sold by them. I became acquainted with Victor Overby in my search. I was impressed by his knowledge and non-aggressive method of helping me find a vehicle. To begin with I was looking at the Ford F-450 trucks. After speaking with Victor and him understanding the use I had planned for this vehicle he steered me to the Ford F-350 trucks which he felt might be better suited to my usage since I am not a commercial hauler. I greatly appreciate his experience and knowledge of his product in doing this. Had I purchased the F-450 I believe I would have needlessly purchased a vehicle too big for my intentions. The F-350 I purchased handles my trailer perfectly and I am enjoying the smooth ride in the process. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to my friends if they want a good deal and deal with knowledgeable people that know their product. In fact I have already been doing so and will continue to do so! More

Great experience from start to finish! Dane and Chelsea were both great to deal with. We drove 5 hours to buy a new truck for the price and to deal with folks who still care about people. There were a couple of hiccups, not my or his fault, but the end result was great. As an informed internet shopper I dealt with many dealerships in my search and VAG was one of a handful that knew how to and weren't afraid of doing a deal sight unseen- plus they had better pricing and trade in values. Besides the long drive and Oklahoma toll road fees, I'm very satisfied with my purchase. More

We purchased a 2012 expedition thru the Vernon Auto Group and Steve Ybarra was the salesman that we dealt with. From the very first when Don called to talk with Steve he explained what all we would need to and Steve Ybarra was the salesman that we dealt with. From the very first when Don called to talk with Steve he explained what all we would need to do and kept in contact with us. The day we arrived at the auto complex everyone was very friendly. We met Steve and he made us feel "at home" and we just felt comfortable. We looked at the vehicle that were wanting to purchase and Steve showed us some of the features on it. Thru the whole process we felt like we were his most important customer and the whole process just went so smooth with Steve and also Megan who processed our paper work. I love my new 2012 Expedition it is everything we wanted and we felt we were dealt with fairly and honestly. That is a big plus in this day and age.
