We purchased a 2012 expedition thru the Vernon Auto Group and Steve Ybarra was the salesman that we dealt with. From the very first when Don called to talk with Steve he explained what all we would need to and Steve Ybarra was the salesman that we dealt with. We met Steve and he made us feel "at home" and we just felt comfortable. We looked at the vehicle that were wanting to purchase and Steve showed us some of the features on it. Thru the whole process we felt like we were his most important customer and the whole process just went so smooth with Steve and also Megan who processed our paper work. I love my new 2012 Expedition it is everything we wanted and we felt we were dealt with fairly and honestly. That is a big plus in this day and age.
