I was in the market for a new Ford vehicle and I was aware of Vernon Ford because I previously bought a truck there. I first set up a deal with my local Ford dealer in the DFW metroplex and although th aware of Vernon Ford because I previously bought a truck there. It was not anywhere close to the Kelley Blue Book or the NADA book. I had also been in contact with Jr Cavillio at Vernon to see what their deal would be. I know they had treated me right the first time and I am pleased to announce they did it again. Their trade in value for my 2007 (excellent condition) came in just under the NADA book and the price for the new vehicle matched my local dealers price. Overall the difference was $2,600 between the two dealerships. I will in the future always consider Vernon Auto Group my dealer and I have recommended them to other friends and family members. More

Staff was helpful and friendly. I did have to wait a while as many people were in front on me in the line for finance/signing papers, but everyone was friendly. After months of internet shopping and doing research on the exact Ford F-150 I wanted, I was having a very difficult time finding the exact vehicle that I wanted. I particularly wanted a 2013 model in order to take advantage of better rebates but still have the features that I wanted. Finally I found a vehicle with all of the features I wanted on EBay listed with Vernon Auto Group. I was redirected to the Vernon Auto Group web site and to my surprise they had numerous vehicles meeting all of the features and packages that I wanted. Not only did the vehicles have all of the features I wanted but the prices were very reasonable. I immediately inquired about the vehicle that night via email and had a prompt response by Deiter Fannon by the next morning. He was very knowledgable of the vehicle and it's features and was able to answer all of my requests. He was very helpful in communicating with the staff from the bank on all of the financing and required paperwork. Trade in appraisal was very prompt and the offer was absolutely fair. Arrangements were made to have a spray in bed liner installed by a local contractor and Dieter kept me informed on all of the details and the progress during the installation. (even sent photos afterwards) I live approxiamately 6 1/2 hours away from the dealership so travel arrangements had to be made. Dieter assured me that everything would be taken care of and the paperwork and vehicle would be ready on my arrival. On our arrival of the dealership we were greeted by Deiter and staff. They were very polite and courteous. As promised, the vehicle was full of fuel, washed/waxed and ready to drive off the lot. Paperwork was ready to sign. I have to honestly say, this has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Definitely a NO HASSLE dealership with guaranteed low prices and great service. I would recommend Vernon Auto Group to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with the service and the prices.
