Started off on the wrong foot but in the end we were happy! My husband and I started researching the purchase of a new vehicle. We found we could get a vehicle a few thousand dollars cheaper even after the cost of flying there from California and speding the weekend driving the new vehicle home. In the begining we had a MAJOR communication problem and began a dialog on this review site with a less than steller review. After that point, we spoke with Mr. Bailey, the President of Vernan who appologized immensely and we decided that with the savings we would give Vernon a chance to redeem themselves, in the end we were not disappointed. Being from California we ended up special ordering the vehicle because it is required by state law to have a "california emissions" label on it. After a day or two of research, since they were not accustom to requesting that label on their vehicles, Vernon found out they were able to place that kind of order and our vehicle was ordered just as we selected and within a few days we were given an arrival date of when it was to arrive. Dane was kind enough to update us weekly on the progress of our order. Our vehicle arrived on schedule and a couple weeks later we flew into Texas to pick it up. When we arrived on the lot Dane greeted us and led us to our vehicle. He walked us thru the options and gave a thorough brief on the functions of the new gagitry our New 2014 Ford Escape came with. We could tell that Dane is a very passionate salesman who enjoys his job. His pride and knowledge of the Ford Escape was evident. In the beginning we were ready to cut our ties with Vernon Auto Group, however in the end we were very impressed and would even consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealer. More

I was in the market for a truck, had been looking on-line, and found the Dodge 1500 crew cab. My wife & I drove out to the dealership and walked into the showroom & the first person we ran into was on-line, and found the Dodge 1500 crew cab. He was the ultimate professional, spent the next several hours with us, off and on, juggling us and several other customers as he showed us the trucks that I wanted to drive & answered all of our questions. (I drove three different trucks and he went with us and answered all of my questions like the pro that he so obviously is.) My wife had been thinking about replacing our daughter's car and decided to hit him with some questions of her own, and after we went off to lunch she and my step-daughter came back and had more questions for him, plus a trade-in deal for him to see about. I had to go to work, and he switched from answering my questions to having to deal with my wife, (LOL), which didn't seem to phase him a bit. All in all, at the end of the day, we had bought two vehicles from Randall, and couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, his easy-going manner, and how he didn't use any high-pressure tactics. He gave us the bottom line with just the right amount of sincerity, and I appreciate it. And I really like my truck. More

One stop shop Alcon, I've been looking at new Ford F-350 duallies for quite some time, I came across Vernon Auto Group through Ebay. I looked at there price "9000 off MRSP" and what they offered "5th wheel prepped plus a Spray in bed liner" and I went to 7 dealerships in South Florida and they couldn't even come close to Vernon's price! ****Plus when I mentioned "the Vernon Auto Group" to one Florida dealership they looked at me and shook there head and told me to go to Texas! Lol They said they couldn't even compete!! Another Reason I decided to go with them they offered to drive my new truck to me..! "Of course there was a charge for that" but after I added up the fuel cost and then the meals and hotel cost it was very reasonable plus I didn't have do any of the driving! On top of that they drove my trade in back! When they say no hassle they mean it, I called and they had me talk to Jr Cavillio..I told him which I wanted and he said he would call back..about an hour later he called and told me what I needed to do...once I had what I needed I sent him the paperwork...and the next day he called and told me when you picking up your new truck. After that he told the finance lady would call me and go through the details...and then I worked to where they could drive the truck to me and they would drive my trade back..plus when the driver arrived the truck had a full tank of gas..and it was unbelievable! I signed the papers and the driver was gone with my trade. People I tell you this was an experience that was unbelievable...I'll never go any where else to buy another car/truck ever! Awesome Dealership! I just purchased a 1 yr old Ford F-150 from Vernon Auto Group. I worked with Randall Winship from start to finish. From my initial conversation askin I just purchased a 1 yr old Ford F-150 from Vernon Auto Group. I worked with Randall Winship from start to finish. From my initial conversation asking lots of questions to Randall scheduling an airport pickup for me, everything was streamlined and smooth. Randall took lots of time with me and never made me feel rushed or brushed off, he patiently worked through all the details, had all paperwork waiting for me when I arrived and the truck sitting just outside the door cleaned and ready to roll. I paid for the truck and filled out the paperwork in 10 minutes start to finish. They also offered me an extended manufacturer's warranty that lasts to 100k miles regardless of time which I also purchased. Randall even offered to handle talking to the auto-transport driver to arrange pickup of my truck since I am having it shipped across the country. Everyone at the dealer I talked with was genuinely helpful and kind. Not your typical "car salesmen" attitudes many of us have come to stereotype.
