Nick was very quick in respondin I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Nick at Vernon Auto Group and it was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made! Nick was very quick in responding to my application and questions and if he didn't know the answer he checked on it and got right back to me, he didn't just make up an answer. All the other internet dealers I contacted regarding a new vehicle either never responded back or it was three days before they got back to me. The paperwork was all taken care of though email and overnight mail so when I went to pick up the truck all I had to do was drive it off the lot. I was a little skeptical buying a new vehicle off the internet but the truck had everything on it that was advertised and I never once felt like I was being scammed! A call to Vernon introduced us to Adrian and Steve who took great care of us and made sure we were buying the right vehicle for our needs. From installing a tow hitch, checking on the trailer brake controller, arranging transportation to Georgia and finalizing vehicle taxes and registration; my wife and I barely lifted a finger. We spent quite a bit of time dealing with a few dealerships and it was such a pain I almost decided to stay in the vehicle I already had (which was 10 years old!). We could never get a straight answer out of anybody for anything...from price, their bottom dollar, interest rates used in payments that were being calculated, etc. Then I stumbled on the perfect vehicle at the right price online at Vernon Auto Group. I saw they had great reviews, so thought it might be worth the phone call. Vernon Auto Group was a pleasure to do business with. Ashley and Steve were very professional and very friendly. The transaction for our vehicle was the best and easiest transaction we've ever had when buying a car. It was quite a drive to pick up our vehicle, but was definitely worth the time and effort considering how seamless they made it for us. There was no high pressure sales, "shadiness", or trying to bury additional costs in paperwork. Anything that was questioned was answered in a very forthcoming way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new/used car. More

The vehicle was fairly priced although there is no opportunity to negotiate based on the structure of the business. 4. We had a small disagreement on the value of the trade-in vehicle but we worked through to a compromise. 5. I will consider doing business with Vernon Auto Group again in the future. More

Adrian and Ashley helped me through my whole process and they were great. Both employees were very courteous and polite, and both were able to answer any questions I had.
