Best vehicle buying experience ever - and I have bought many So here I was laid up with a major shoulder replacement and doing rehab all day. I had plenty of free time to search and explore the internet for a v So here I was laid up with a major shoulder replacement and doing rehab all day. I had plenty of free time to search and explore the internet for a vehicle that I have been dreaming about for years - a Mega Cab. I searched inventory across the US and even checked into ordering one from the factory (this went on for 3 weeks). Nobody had a better selection, price, and incentive (free lifetime warranty) than Vernon. I was trading a 2013 Ram crew cab and Vernon offered more for my trade than anyone else. Trade-in values are easily obtainable on the web and very accurate and accessible to anyone. Trade-in offers tell you how dumb a dealer thinks you are. Some of the other trade in offers I received were so offensive that I would not event answer them back. I have been buying and selling vehicles since I was young and I know the game some dealers try to play. Not Vernon - they gave me a great and respectable offer and even raised it a bit - all based on a professional trust relationship. The best part is the Vernon sales staff. Chase Maldonado was so good to work with. He knew I was out looking for a better deal and he just patiently and persistently looked for ways to make the best deal happen at Vernon. For the entire 3 -weeks he would email or call and just say "Let me know if you need any information or help". Most sales people would have given up, but Chase knew what I wanted and was willing to let me make the decision once I did my own exploring (I think I looked at every mega cab on the continent). The result is I now own the vehicle of my dreams with no buyer’s remorse (just need my shoulder to heal a bit more so I can drive it). I also was very impressed with the sales manager Dan Gomillion. He called me and actually increased my trade-in offer - it went better than expected. So I would highly rate Vernon and their staff. I have told several of my friends about them. If you are looking for a truck (Ford, Chevy, or Dodge), this is truck heaven and you will be treated right. More
