This is THE PLACE to buy a vehicle!!! We were in the market for a used Ford Super Duty truck. I was recommended to Vernon Auto Group by an acquaintance of mine. I was not disappointed! Their website is easily navigated, and their prices are great! When I called the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly voice, and the salesman was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I worked with Tyler Brints and Allen Lowry in sales. Both of these young men were a pleasure to work with. Ashley Hernandez in finance was incredibly efficient. All three of these employees stayed late to wait on me to drive the 4 hours to get to the dealership! They had the truck detailed and the paperwork ready to sign when I arrived. I drove the truck, signed the papers, and was on my way in about an hour! The truck also came with the Warranty Forever program which is incredible! This is a warranty that would otherwise cost me around $3000 to purchase myself, but was added at no additional cost to me! Remember this when they don't budge much on their already good price. Consider me a big fan of Tyler, Allen and Ashley and the buying experience at Vernon Auto Group! More

Vernon allowed me to keep my vehicle on their premise for 2.5 weeks before I had it shipped across the country to it's destination. That was very helpful given my situation. The vehicle arrived as described and pictured. What was most impressive was they way they dealt with one minor issue. The car only came with one key and the keyless entry on the key fob wasn't working. I explained this to Lesley and without hesitation he said Vernon would cover the cost to get a new key made. I went to a local Mini dealership, got the key made and sent Vernon the bill. They reimbursed me immediately. More

My mom had purchased a vehicle from them 6 months ago and was highly satisfied with the dealership so going into the deal I knew to expect a great price and service. I contacted Deiter Brannon and told him what vehicle I was interested in, but I was working 5 hours away. He told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle and gave me a price for my trade in. During this phone call, another customer was interested in the vehicle and was currently looking at it. Deiter helped to fast track the financing and I put a deposit down minutes later. I was able to pick the truck up a few days later. If it wasn't for Deiter, I probably wouldn't be driving the truck of my dreams today. I am beyond satisfied with Vernon Auto Group, and plan on purchasing my next vehicle from them! More
