Awesome place to buy a vehicle. I am only giving this review because it is the first time I have had a good experience buying a vehicle, ever! I was in the market to buy a new Ford F I am only giving this review because it is the first time I have had a good experience buying a vehicle, ever! I was in the market to buy a new Ford F-250 power stroke diesel. Vernon Auto Group was referred by several people I know . I began by searching their website first looking thru their inventory which is remarkably diverse and large. They had lots of trucks with many options which was nice. After I narrowed it down to a few trucks with options I liked I compared to other local dealerships in my area. None of them could beat VAG price, even with my company's X plan employee discount they had with Ford motor company. On top of that VAG offered a lifetime power train warranty! So I called them and made contact with DANE TOWNSEN. He was very courteous and knowledgable of the vehicle I was interested in. When I asked if vehicle I was interested in had features I was looking for, he had an answer right away, like I said very knowledgable. Dane took my information down and got me pre approved on financing. When I went to pick up vehicle Dane had truck and paperwork ready to go. No haggling or bullying by salesman and a xxxxxx sales manager! Quick and easy. I would recommend VAG and DANE TOWNSEN when your in the market to buy your next vehicle! More

This is THE PLACE to buy a vehicle!!! We were in the market for a used Ford Super Duty truck. I was recommended to Vernon Auto Group by an acquaintance of mine. I was not disappointed! We were in the market for a used Ford Super Duty truck. I was recommended to Vernon Auto Group by an acquaintance of mine. I was not disappointed! Their website is easily navigated, and their prices are great! When I called the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly voice, and the salesman was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I worked with Tyler Brints and Allen Lowry in sales. Both of these young men were a pleasure to work with. Ashley Hernandez in finance was incredibly efficient. All three of these employees stayed late to wait on me to drive the 4 hours to get to the dealership! They had the truck detailed and the paperwork ready to sign when I arrived. I drove the truck, signed the papers, and was on my way in about an hour! The truck also came with the Warranty Forever program which is incredible! This is a warranty that would otherwise cost me around $3000 to purchase myself, but was added at no additional cost to me! Remember this when they don't budge much on their already good price. Consider me a big fan of Tyler, Allen and Ashley and the buying experience at Vernon Auto Group! More
