Steve Ybarra and Chris Dunson and the rest of the team have worked with me to get special color and options on my 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2013 Chevrolet 3500 HD, and my newest 2015 Chevrolet 3500 HD if it can be done they will find it! Nice Salesman but problems Our salesman was friendly but did not seem to understand what we told him we wanted to do. We wanted to purchase 2 vehicles, one was sold before we g Our salesman was friendly but did not seem to understand what we told him we wanted to do. We wanted to purchase 2 vehicles, one was sold before we got there. We ended up purchasing the other vehicle but due to a problem with our son's driver's license we asked to have it titled in my husband AND my son's name, which wasn't done. It is only titled in my husband's name, which makes it impossible to keep the warranty if we transfer the title to my son. The details were not attended to at all from the very beginning, the only concern was to "sell a car" and not take care of the customer. Because the salesmen are not receiving commission, there is absolutely NO incentive to really take care of the customer. A vehicle is a major purchase and the customer should be treated appropriately. The price was great, but honestly, we'd rather spend more on a vehicle with some guarantee of good customer service at the time of the sale and after. More

At first, I contacted the dea After a month long search for a particular type of truck, I finally located what I was looking for at Vernon Auto Group. At first, I contacted the dealership by email asking for more information about the truck that I had spotted on their website. I was promptly contacted by Product Specialist, Nick Ware. I found Nick to be very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in, and he was able to answer my additional questions about the truck in our phone conversation. On Saturday after the 4th of July holiday, I visited the dealership, and met Nick for the first time. Nick was very helpful in making my purchase of this vehicle completely stress-free, and enjoyable at every step in the process. Nick even arranged for someone (Delivery Specialist, Loni Bocelli) to bring all of the paperwork to my home to explain to me, and for me to sign, since I was unable to be at the dealership yesterday when everything was completed. A big thank you to Loni for a job well done! Also, thanks to GM Dan Gomillion for encouraging me to take the vehicle home over the weekend, and thanks to Melinda Hendley in Finance for her help in that part of the process. I would encourage anyone who is currently considering the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle to visit with the friendly staff of Vernon Auto Group before you go to any other dealership. This was a completely new and unique buying experience for me, and as far as I'm concerned, it is the only way to purchase a vehicle. More
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I actually went to Vernon Auto for a different car I had seen on the internet. However, it was sold just as I arrived. I spoke with a few people and s I actually went to Vernon Auto for a different car I had seen on the internet. However, it was sold just as I arrived. I spoke with a few people and somehow the HHR was brought up. Initially I disliked HHRs in general due to the body style, but when I seen it I wanted to drive it and I love the way it drives and how spacious it is. Jacob went on the test drive with me and I decided I wanted this vehicle. Jacob done everything he possibly could over the phone with me so wouldnt have to wait in the waiting room, which was awesome. I spent a total of about 15 minutes at the actual dealership. They were very quick and made this process simple. I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Thank you! Also Chris, Steve and Melinda were very inviting and had excellent communication skills.
