At first, I contacted the dealership by email asking for more information about the truck that I had spotted on their website. I was promptly contacted by Product Specialist, Nick Ware. I found Nick to be very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in, and he was able to answer my additional questions about the truck in our phone conversation. On Saturday after the 4th of July holiday, I visited the dealership, and met Nick for the first time. Nick was very helpful in making my purchase of this vehicle completely stress-free, and enjoyable at every step in the process. Nick even arranged for someone (Delivery Specialist, Loni Bocelli) to bring all of the paperwork to my home to explain to me, and for me to sign, since I was unable to be at the dealership yesterday when everything was completed. A big thank you to Loni for a job well done! Also, thanks to GM Dan Gomillion for encouraging me to take the vehicle home over the weekend, and thanks to Melinda Hendley in Finance for her help in that part of the process. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I actually went to Vernon Auto for a different car I had seen on the internet. However, it was sold just as I arrived. I spoke with a few people and s I actually went to Vernon Auto for a different car I had seen on the internet. However, it was sold just as I arrived. I spoke with a few people and somehow the HHR was brought up. Initially I disliked HHRs in general due to the body style, but when I seen it I wanted to drive it and I love the way it drives and how spacious it is. Jacob went on the test drive with me and I decided I wanted this vehicle. Jacob done everything he possibly could over the phone with me so wouldnt have to wait in the waiting room, which was awesome. I spent a total of about 15 minutes at the actual dealership. They were very quick and made this process simple. I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Thank you! Also Chris, Steve and Melinda were very inviting and had excellent communication skills.
