great customer service I called on the phone to inquire about a CamsRoomTour xl1 that they had and worked with Adrain on the phone for one evening and part of the next day. I called on the phone to inquire about a CamsRoomTour xl1 that they had and worked with Adrain on the phone for one evening and part of the next day. IHe worked hard to make sure I got the best deal for my trade. He worked my deal and we drove 2hour and 45 minute to do the deal, but it was worth the drive. Great service! No games! No waiting! :) My husband and I were on a search for an SUV for our growing family. We visited plenty of dealerships near our home and even some hours away. We came My husband and I were on a search for an SUV for our growing family. We visited plenty of dealerships near our home and even some hours away. We came across and suv on the Vernon website and requested to do a trade in value on a vehicle. Immediately, Kathryn responded via email to get the ball rolling. We then took the trip down, which is about 45 min for us. We were greeted by Jacob who took excellent care of us! We went for a few test drives and decided to make a deal. He then sat us down and explained exactly how their company works, nothing like I've seen or experienced before. There were no games, back and forth stuff, and absolutely NO pressure! They offered an awesome price for our trade in and told us we have a week (yes, a week! Not 'today only' crap most dealerships put on you) to make a decision based on the numbers he gave us. Through out the week Jacob communicated with my husband, he let us know that another couple was interested in the same vehicle and if we wanted to put a deposit down it was ours, so we did. Jacob did ALL the work for us via phone and email in the next few days, so all we had to do is show up, sign a few papers and be on our way! And that's exactly what happened!
