Persistent but not over pressure I guess I like to be "courted" and have sales people to let me know that my business is important. The sales team of Alan, Tyler and Kera stayed in t I guess I like to be "courted" and have sales people to let me know that my business is important. The sales team of Alan, Tyler and Kera stayed in touch with me, but really did not try to pressure me. I wanted to deal with them and they responded promptly with counter offers when I made reasonable requests. I don't do this often and I thought it was fun. Tyler is very personable, Alan is very sincere and Ashley is in the right place. She is bright and thorough. I think I bought more extras than I should, and that kind of bugs me. I am not certain they were needed. A new concept of sales to me, but it wasn't bad. More

There were a couple of minor issues with the truck. However they were very willing to fix these issues. I am confident that if any further issues arise they will be prompt is getting them resolved. great customer service I called on the phone to inquire about a CamsRoomTour xl1 that they had and worked with Adrain on the phone for one evening and part of the next day. I called on the phone to inquire about a CamsRoomTour xl1 that they had and worked with Adrain on the phone for one evening and part of the next day. IHe worked hard to make sure I got the best deal for my trade. He worked my deal and we drove 2hour and 45 minute to do the deal, but it was worth the drive. Adrain was very friendly and knowledgeable about his cars. Great customer service. More
