First time with Vernon auto group, wish they were all this way. I've had vary nice salesmen before but never had ones that works well with the rest of the dealership I.e. Finance - parts... The atmosphere is based around the customer with no confusion amongst the staff. Free food and water was given to me unexpectedly . Not a "free hot dog day" but a nice meal. No one seemed over stressed to make a sale or push product. Great job as a team! More

By far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle in probably 20 years. Great Experience! I had been looking for a car for quite some time but just didn't want to deal with the hassle. I found an Equinox on line that caught my eye and went I had been looking for a car for quite some time but just didn't want to deal with the hassle. I found an Equinox on line that caught my eye and went ahead and called about it. I reached Brandon Mitchell and he was so helpful and friendly. With just a couple of phone calls he had the deal set up and when I went to the dealership within and hour I was leaving with a new car.
