He explained Vernon Auto Group's philosophy, and how the company strives to earn the customers business and exceed customer expectations. We felt comfortable with Deiter right from the beginning. He was very thorough in showing and explaining features of each vehicle we looked at. He was attentive, but gave us our space to look and discuss at the same time.
