Great car buying experience! I contacted several dealers by email searching for a new car. Brandon Mitchell was the only one that took my initial email and ran with it. We drove 3 1/2 hrs to purchase our new car from this dealership. This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Vernon Auto Group. They don't make you dread the car buying experience. We were able to do all our dealings by email and a few phone calls. Brandon didn't ever make me feel I had a dumb question or was "taking up his time". Anna was great showing us all the options and how they worked while the paperwork was being prepared. Until I filled out this review, I had no problems, It would not submit without vehicle brand purchased/considered and did not offer GMC which is what we bought. More
