Great Deals excelant Sales staff. 2012 Ram 3500 We were looking all of Texas for a good deal on a nice truck. We got burn at a competitor dealership and left high and dry in Texas being from New Mex We were looking all of Texas for a good deal on a nice truck. We got burn at a competitor dealership and left high and dry in Texas being from New Mexico. We saw the deals on Vernon's web site and decided this was the place for us. We Called the dealership and was placed in touch with Chris Christanelli. We were treated excellent by Chris getting our info and setting us up with the trucks that we were interested in. He even went out of his way to stay way after closing time to accommodate us to see the vehicles as we were 300 miles away and took all afternoon to get to Vernon. He made some excellent recommendations and gave us that warm fuzzy personal touch that made him not just a sales person but a great human being. The vehicles they are selling here Are also of an excellant standard was very satisfied with what they had to offer. The sevice dept. left a bad taste in my mouth though lack of effort and sub standard performance and incodsiderate. More
