I thought the price was fair and it was an easy to complete deal. Easiest car purchase experience by far. I purchased a vehicle out of state from Vernon Auto Group. Tyler got me through the whole experience via phone and e-mail while I was traveling. I was then able to swing by and pick it up on the way back home. My local dealer wouldn't even give me the time of day since the car wasn't on their lot. The only minor issue was with the detailing team there but I chalk that up to the timing around my pickup. Overall my experience with Tyler at Vernon was how a car buying experience should be. Got the exact car I wanted at a great price and great customer service. More

I was surprised at the prices listed for a new RAM 3500. I called the dealership and spoke to Chase Maldonado who confirmed the bottom line price with no hidden or surprise fees. Chase along with Jr cavillo made this deal happen and I am happy to report that they are Honest, truthful and dedicated to making the customer happy. I live on Long Island, NY and travelled over 1600 miles to Vernon Texas where I picked up the truck. The truck was prepped, it had a full tank of diesel and was ready for the ride home. The drive home was great and made the purchase an experience. (Smokey Mountains, Shenandoah valley). The savings and experience of the trip are well worth the cost of the travel.
