Professional, satisfying, and fair. I drove for three hours to Vernon to buy my vehicle, and met my salesman Darien Williams. I had problems with my payment options, but people in Vernon worked with me. They had the car delivered to me and had me hand over a check to the driver. Worst experience buying a car in the 11 cars I have bought. I have bought 11 new cars in the last 38 years - Vernon is the WORST experience I have ever had. They are kind and courteous but don't follow through I have bought 11 new cars in the last 38 years - Vernon is the WORST experience I have ever had. They are kind and courteous but don't follow through on any of the details and when you try to get an answer they are always just sitting and waiting for someone else to do something instead of taking the bull by the horns and driving the issue to resolution. Yes I got a good price and we love the vehicle but the headaches of trying to get all of the issues completed just consumed my time instead of them taking care of business. More

If that interest you then the Vernon Auto group is the place to call. Found my self in Texas on a trip wanting to trade vehicles. Drove the big three: Ford, Chevy, and Dodge 1500's in Dallas; made my selection then had the fortune of working with Deiter Brannon of the Vernon auto group. You would have thought we were best friends or relatives. For the next 24 hours he stayed in constant contact with me as he located several choices. Made the final selection and during the next 24 hours they got the truck, deluxed it, and had it driven to me 3 hours from the dealership. I've never met him but feel like friends and we will use them again. And yes, I love the truck. If you are looking tell him to pull the invoice on my King Ranch and buy one like it. I'm still finding cool features I never dreamed of! More
