Best car buying experience I've had. Made a deal over the phone on the price on the vehicle I was buying, and the amount of the trade in for my car. The price of the new car was much less than we could get locally and they seemed very eager to get our business, Robbie was very helpful in getting the car I wanted. I drove about 200 miles to pick it up. They were very quick to verify everything and finish the paperwork. My wife and I were out of there in less than an hour. Excellent Service I worked with Steve to purchase a 2014 Dodge Ram. He went out of his way to take a few videos of the truck for me so I could see what the bed and undercarriage looked like. They took care of the paperwork promptly and even tried to set me up with a shipping company at a reasonable cost. I ended up going with someone else, but it was a nice offer. Steve was great and always available. I purchased this vehicle without seeing it and would do it again from Vernon. More

Not impressed I called the Vernon Auto Service because I bought my Chrysler 300 there. I tried to get ahold of sevice center no answer. I called and asked for Steve I called the Vernon Auto Service because I bought my Chrysler 300 there. I tried to get ahold of sevice center no answer. I called and asked for Steve he's the rep that sold me my car. He got me thru to service...while speaking to service the man didn't act like he wanted to help me. The dip stick for my oil is broke off and cannot be pulled out. He says he will speak to manager...Calls me back says it will be three weeks before a dipstick can be gotten. I said thats fine but what if you can't get it out? Can you get part and still fix it? Again he says he has to speak to manager he will call back...That was two days ago....still no call back. More
