Outstanding I live 6 hours away. I found the 2013 Ram 2500 Mega Cab 4x4 Diesel on Autotrader. I went to the Vernon Auto Group website and submitted a requested I live 6 hours away. I found the 2013 Ram 2500 Mega Cab 4x4 Diesel on Autotrader. I went to the Vernon Auto Group website and submitted a requested for more info and pictures (it was late at night). Early the next morning I received an email from Richard Floyd saying he was going to take pictures and his cell phone number in case there was any specific things I'd like to see. I expected 3 or 4 pictures by the end of the day. Prompty I got more pictures than you could imagine. Besides the normal 4 sides and interior, anywhere there might have been a nick or scratch he took excellent photos. We corresponded a few more time over email and then I called him. I had a trade that I was upside down in. They gave us more for that car than anyone else offered. I was able to easily do the deal in a hour by email and phone. VERY EASY. I drove up and was early to pick the truck up, however, the truck was ready early. And it was everything they said it was. I did my paperwork with Chris Waldrop who was very easy to deal with and not pushy either. These guys were on the ball. Any questions I had or concerns were dealt with promptly. Their dealership has a very friendly atmosphere and more like a gathering of friends than a bunch of car salesmen. I drove 12 hours in one day to deal with them and I'd do it again in a heartbeat! One last thing, there was a factory option I wanted to add to my vehicle through my hometown dealership. After getting home I emailed Vernon Auto Group for the part number not expecting a response since our deal was done. I got a quick response with exactly the info I needed. More

However, just recently, I found they were selling a Jeep I was very interested in. When I spoke with Morgan, I explained my previous experiences, and he assured me he would do everything he could to make this deal go smoother. He came through. Morgan handled everything, and kept to his word at all times. The whole process was night and day compared to the last time.
