Terrible dealership - good salesman Nick was good to work with although he would not present my first offer to his sales manager. This was my 3rd vehicle I bought online. It is by far Nick was good to work with although he would not present my first offer to his sales manager. This was my 3rd vehicle I bought online. It is by far the worst vehicle and the worst dealership I have dealt with. I will not deal with Vernon Auto Group again. I would deal with Nick Fuentes again if he was at another dealership. The finance department was not user friendly. The vehicle I bought was caked with mud ( Caliche ? ) underneath. The vehicle was not as described on the dealership website. Had I lived closer I would have seen things for myself before making the deal. Bottom line is I made the deal sight unseen over the phone - I ALWAYS do what I say I will....the dealership does NOT !!!! More
