I was dealing with Robert Hammond and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the trucks I was looking at. I ended up purchasing a 2015 F350 platinum. I was very leary of purchasing a truck I never saw in person (as I live 1400 miles away), but Robert sent me pictures of everything that was wrong with it and ensured me of the quality. (I looked at a few vehicles over about a 3 month period before deciding) Upon arriving at the dealership Robert met me in the parking lot with the keys and we went for a test drive and I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. A few minor issues with the truck and I had some concerns after driving it home, but both Robert and Ashley Hernandez with customer relations worked with me and everything was handled the same day. More

When I knew which ones I wanted to test drive, he gave me the keys with no suspicion and let me take them for a drive myself (which is what I like to do so I can listen to the vehicle and not someone talking my ear off about crap I could care less about). Finance also explained everything in detail and was very helpful. Great place! More

Fast and no BS Vernon Auto Group did everything to get me my dream truck. Jr was the guy who made it happen for me. Product was as described, but some significant hiccups I came from a significant distance to the dealership. The transportation arrangements were very helpful. That is about the end of the positive. Balls were dropped from that point forward on the business end of the transaction starting with the dealership not being able to verify funds in my checking account (I paid cash for the vehicle). No mention of this requirement occurred prior to my travel to the dealer, as I could have easily brought a cashier's check with me. We were able to make alternative arrangements, as I was faced with abandoning the deal, flying back home and returning, or staying the weekend in Vernon, All the options aforementioned meant wasted time and money. Necessary arrangements were made and I was able to take delivery and go home. From that point, the necessary paperwork apparently got buried in a pile and did not get sent out to me until after numerous phone calls requesting it. After considerable time and effort, the paperwork arrived and the deal was finally closed. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant. Significant effort to improve communication, customer service, attention to detail, and follow through would make a difference here. More
