I recently tried to trade in my 2015 Ford F-250 for a 2017 Ford F-350 talked to a salesman picked out a truck filled out a credit app everything came back great. Talked numbers with salesman and sales manager both and number all looked great. They took a 1150 dollar deposit and had the truck sent to get a leveling kit and a ball put in it. In the mean time I got a email congratulating me on my new truck. The day before my truck was to be delivered the salesman called and and set up a time to be delivered so we set a time. Next thing I no he called and said THEY made a mistake with the bank and the deal wasn't going to work. After the deal was DONE then all the sudden it wasn't done and they did nothing to make it right. I run a company that sells over 35 million dollars of equipment a year and when we make a mistake we make it right even if it cost us money. Even after I called to talk to a owner no one in two days has called back. More
