However, after arriving at Vernon, I wasted 3 hours waiting for basic operational items to be fixed so that the vehicle would pass inspection. (Lights, turn signals, horn, wipers). It turned out that the dead battery which was jump started was the problem. Prior to leaving my home in south Grand Prairie, I called the dealership at 8:05am with an ETA of 1pm. (That was a 5 hour notification/lead time). When I arrived at 12:30pm, "they" were trying to get the Dodge started. During the test drive is when I pushed all the buttons. Instead of being a satisfied "used" retail customer, now I became a service advisor sitting in the 'customer lounge'. More

They took care of the financing paperwork and everything online, so we only had to stop in to get the keys and pick up the truck 10 minutes at the dealership. The only small hiccup was getting the truck delivered from Gm's stock Yard as it was factory dirrect and we were time sensitive on our pick up. Nick made it happen on time and was very accessible and honest he answered the phone nearly every time I called. Shawn More
