Smoothest Vehicle Purchase Ever!! I was in the market for a specific vehicle and so was searching online for one. Vernon Auto Group had a truck that was just what I needed. I called I was in the market for a specific vehicle and so was searching online for one. Vernon Auto Group had a truck that was just what I needed. I called them in the afternoon for further details. Richard Floyd took my call. Richard explained that they specialized in internet auto sales and went through the whole process that they have set up. It seemed very organized and professional and I was really impressed. Richard also was very professional and yet was very friendly and sincere. Richard told me all about their vehicle and took information on my trade in. He sent pictures of the truck and specifically showed if there was a tiny scratch or anything on it. Once I decided that I wanted to pursue the purchase of the truck we discussed price/trade and came to an agreement that I thought was very fair. There wasn't any boiler room tactics, high pressure or any of the typical stressful stuff involved with a vehicle purchase. The next day I traveled down to the dealership. Upon inspecting the vehicle I found that it was exactly as Richard had described. There were no surprises waiting! In completing the transaction paperwork there also was no high pressure sales pitch to buy extra add on stuff. I would highly recommend Richard Floyd. He was very professional but was also friendly and really seemed to want to make sure his customer was satisfied. Also, I was so impressed with the whole process that Vernon Auto Group has setup for internet sales. It was truly a stress free, no pressure deal. This is how auto sales should be done!! More

Awesome experience I've been looking at vehicles for a few months and Morgan always provided me with information on various trucks. Once I figured out what I wanted they got me in the perfect truck. On the way to the dealership, a salesman from another dealership called me and was really pressuring me to come in, etc. That was not the experience with Morgan. He was quick to provide me an answer about anything I wondered about. Bottom line is they are a great dealership and Morgan is a great salesman. I hate to be pushed into anything and Morgan was great about getting me what I wanted and not pushing something on me. More
