Great experience I have given the staff at Vernon auto sales 5 stars, especially Colton and Shelby. I contacted Colton on Friday around noon and expressed my entrest i I have given the staff at Vernon auto sales 5 stars, especially Colton and Shelby. I contacted Colton on Friday around noon and expressed my entrest in a 2011 ford edge me and the girlfriend found on autotrader. I was a little hesitant on calling being we live in Tulsa, Oklahoma and they were located in Vernon, Texas which is over 4 hrs away. However, after speaking with Colton over the phone about the vehicle and financing I was extremely confident that he could make this happen with the least bit of stress that comes with purchasing a new vehicle, and did he ever! In less than an hr,(45 min) he called me back to inform me he had me approved for a loan. Not only that, but that I was approved for the interest rate I wanted and that my monthly payment would be nearly 60$ cheaper than originally discussed. The next day we drove to texas to pick the vehicle up. We sat down with Shelby to sign paperwork and 15 minutes later we were leaving with our new vehicle! Colton and Shelby did an amazing job and were very professional! We couldn't be more pleased with this whole experience. Thank you both. More
