Unnecissarry Charges On July 22, 2017 I drove six hours to Vernon to purchase a new Cadillac ATS V for a total $71922. I finance officer told me the bumper to bumper war On July 22, 2017 I drove six hours to Vernon to purchase a new Cadillac ATS V for a total $71922. I finance officer told me the bumper to bumper warranty was only for 24,000 miles or 24 months. She sold me an extended warranty for $2290. The next day I read the warranty paperwork and discovered the warranty was four years or 50,000 mile which ever is first. I called on July 24, 2017 to cancel the warranty and receive my payment back. They said it would be applied to the loan total. Two months later no refund has been applied and I've heard nothing From Vernon Auto Group. More

Vernon Auto offered the most money for my trade and largest rebates towards my purchase. This was, by far, the easiest, most hastle free car deal I’ve ever been involved with. Stephanie, in the finance department made my paperwork a breeze and was able to secure a better interest rate than originally mentioned. My new vehicle has delivered to my door spotless by a another friendly, courteous employee at Vernon Auto and I did not have to spend an entire day at a dealership!
