Love my truck!!!😃 Not many would travel 1900 miles and 30 hours to buy a vehicle they have never seen, but we did. We had a 2013 Ram and I loved that truck. Circumstances led us to a other vehicles and finally back to this Ram Mega Cab dually 3500. Went on auto trader, found this truck on Friday, called and spoke to Rodney Haston, made a deal and headed for Texas on Monday. Being retired has it’s perks. We kept in touch by text as we traveled and arrived on Wednesday. Confirmed our trade, financing done with Martin Oronia and did the walk around with Bryce. Texts from Ashley Hernandez and the accessories manager were also received. Everyone at Vernon Auto Group was on the same page, very courteous and a pleasure to work with. They deal in all makes of vehicles. We would highly recommend them. More

It was okay If I could give my salesman a rating (Derek Wilson) I would give him five stars as a dealership I think I caught them at a bad time. They were training a new fiance guy and I waited 3-1/2 hours just to sign papers cause i already had my bank stuff done. That being said I was 4 hours away from this place and worked with them over the phone on getting the truck. The only negative thing I can say about that is this was the first time I didn't go to the dealership for financing I had to get them to send my bank a buyer's order with all the information my bank wanted. I had to call several times to do this not their fault because honestly I didn't really know what i needed being the first time but that's not the bad part I'm talking about i spoke with several different people and the thing i didn't like was every one of them asked me if we could finance through them. Being I didn't want to finance through them it aggravated me they were so aggressive with it. Probably happens at every dealership but that's that. All in all I would recommend this dealership. They were every nice offered us pizza while we waited and as soon as they were done with their client they were working with had me done in 15 mins and driving home. Definitely will go back and next time have all my stuff done before I come to them. Thank you derek More
