I loved the patience and effort Tria put in to finding the right vehicle for our family. I wasn't sure of what I wanted, but I was certain about what I needed. I’m highly disappointed in the Ford house at Vernon auto group, I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and a few days later noticed that my splash guard was gone. I took my vehicle in today on April 19, group, I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and a few days later noticed that my splash guard was gone. I took my vehicle in today on April 19, 2023 to get an oil change and asked to replace my splash guard and they refused to replace the splash guard. Not only did they remove a part from my vehicle they also in a sense called me a liar and said it was my fault. I am highly upset about it and will not be going back. More
