Used Truck Purchase My son bought a 2014 Chevrolet 1500 Double Cab for him to take to Graduate School. It was his first vehicle purchase, so he didn't know what to expec My son bought a 2014 Chevrolet 1500 Double Cab for him to take to Graduate School. It was his first vehicle purchase, so he didn't know what to expect and I had told him all of the things that make car buying sometimes unpleasant. Well in fact, it was totally the opposite. These guys are nice people. We started out earlier in the week, talking to Patrick Madrid. He chased information and pictures down for me. Rodney Haston took over once we arrived at the dealership. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. At 10 minutes before closing, we asked Rodney Haston if he could get the tires rotated on the truck to see if it would take a slight shake out of the truck. They did that, and balanced them. We drove the truck, it quit shaking, so we bought it. So a good recommendation for the guys in the service department. We live 3 hours away and would have been hard to come back not knowing if it was a simple fix or something else. Stephanie Fernandez did the follow up paperwork for us. She's pretty special too. I still need one more truck for my other son starting college in the fall. Rodney and his group are looking for that one now. We will definitely go back and get it there. More

Best Long Distance Buying Experience I arranged our purchase remotely and traveled almost 600 miles. We have arranged to purchase a number of vehicles remotely over the years. We are very particular about our vehicles and always have a lot of questions about the condition inside and outside including lack of tobacco smell, etc Steve Ybarra was very attentive and gave very detailed answers to my many questions. He took pictures of literally every little rock chip, far exceeding my expectations. (Although, there were only several minor ones - most of which I couldn't even find when seeing the vehicle in person.) The vehicle absolutely exceeded my expectations as did Steve! Steve had a driver waiting at the airport even though I had a 5 hour flight delay coming into Wichita Falls! Between Martin and Steve, they had me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Most of the time spent with my test drive and my detailed attention to detail to check everything out on the car. Everything was as promised, including the incredible, attractive price which enticed me to travel so far. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and my experience. Best car buying experience ever! Long distance purchase I had been searching online for a C6 Grand Sport for several weeks. My search led me to the team at Vernon Auto Group. They made every effort to ensur I had been searching online for a C6 Grand Sport for several weeks. My search led me to the team at Vernon Auto Group. They made every effort to ensure that I didn't fly in from from Ohio for a car that wasn't what I expected. Steve took time to send additional pictures and answer specific questions about the vehicle that were not evident on the website listing. The paperwork was all ready to go when I arrived; the test drive lasted almost as long as it took to sign the papers! I was surprised to discover on my drive back to Ohio that the oil life monitor was indicating about 10% remaining. I had assumed the dealer did an oil change as they knew I was driving over 1200 miles immediately following taking possession of the car - the oil looked to be in good condition when I checked so it's possible the monitor just didn't get reset. In any case, my wife and I are really enjoying her new car. More
