How unprofessional what a shame I will start by saying the receptionist wrote my phone number down wrong ok mistakes happened so I moved on a day and a half later after what a shame I will start by saying the receptionist wrote my phone number down wrong ok mistakes happened so I moved on a day and a half later after I called them back to find out about my financing (because they didn’t have my number ) it was done but I was working out of town so I gave them a credit card to hold the truck 2 days later I decided to take off work and go get it that was a 5 hour drive 3 hours down the road they called and said the truck had a check engine lite on and instead of erasing it they decided to tell me about it (there words not mine) so I went home for the day never mind the day of work I lost plus the fuel for the 3 hours of driving I know they were kind enough to call me instead of just erasing the code as the manager told me 3 times then the sales girl called me on her day off at closing to tell me it was ready we’ll i ask for a 30 day warranty to make sure they would stand behind there work but I was told they don’t do that but I’m pretty sure if you fix it as a shop you have to warranty it for 30 days but after all this I was told that they wouldn’t sell me the truck because I wasn’t happy with it and they didn’t want to inconvenience me forget that they already had and they already had my deposit and finance approval so I say stay clear if your in a bind they will cut and run More

I already knew what Pickup I wanted, but it was not available in Vernon. We sat down and picked out exactly the right vehicle, ordered from the factory and 6 weeks later I was driving away.
