My only complaint is that the Ford Company did not issue a recall on an existing problem with the Explorers They did it for models before 2014 and after 2014 which is inexcusable as the part is faulty and its the same part they used on all the Explorers. Furthermore the dealer kept me waiting for more than 2 hours while they were "researching" the value of the trade. Terrible experience from a dealer I thought I trusted. Plus, everyone was wearing expensive suits. I'm wary of car salesmen wearing suits. I walked. A few days later I made an appointment with Paul Valerio at VC Ford. Within 30 minutes I received a much more realistic offer on my trade-in, and a deal was signed for a new Mustang GT at a very good price. I was treated like I was a long standing customer. No pressure, no hassle. Clearly they wanted my business. A few days ago the lease was up on my other Ford. Verner Cadby (and Paul) got my repeat business on a new Fusion lease. No fuss, and no suits. Very pleased with these guys and gals. I'll be back. More

I find dealing with Verber Cadby a delight. Brian is great at dealing with my problems, luckily not many. With few exceptions, everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. My new car had a cosmetic problem in the trunk and while there, they were able to renew my registration for me, avoiding the worries about mailing it and the hassle of the DMV. This is my 3rd Fusion, my second plug in hybrid. All obtained from them. Obviously I like their service. I am concerned that I won't be able to get another car from them, since ford is stopping production on that car. More

Outstanding dealership—sales and service! I've bought 5 cars from Verner-Cadby since 1985 and will continue to do so...as long as they still sell sedans when I'm ready for my next one, which h I've bought 5 cars from Verner-Cadby since 1985 and will continue to do so...as long as they still sell sedans when I'm ready for my next one, which hopefully won't be for a while, since my current Taurus is a 2018. (I understand Ford plans to stop producing sedans in favor of SUVs. Not happy about that and hope that changes by the time I need a new car.) I've stayed with Verner-Cadby for all these years because of the wonderful service (Rich and Brian) and sales (Andy). They always treat me like family. They are honest, capable, efficient, and all-around nice guys. And the folks in the office (Pauline, Sue, and everyone else) are great too. Keep up the great work, guys! More
