I leased and then purchased a 2017 Fusion hybrid from them. At about 78,000 miles, the transmission went bad. I took it to them and without doing any paperwork, which was odd, they told me it would tak them. At about 78,000 miles, the transmission went bad. I took it to them and without doing any paperwork, which was odd, they told me it would take nine months to get parts and cost me $7500 as I was out of warranty. I was able to drive it for another six months before it died. When it did, a mechanic friend said it shoudl be covered up to 100k miles due to a class action suit. I went back to this dealer. After looking up my VIN, they told me it was not covered by warranty and they weren't even taking in transmission work. Sent me to another dealer. The second dealer replaced the transmission at no cost, saying it was covered under warranty. I went back to complain and the only guy I could talk to was the sales manager. I told him my story and how pissed I was and that I was going to write to FORD. Without even saying that my experience was unfortunate, or offering a customer service-type apology, he just said to make sure it was a service issue and not a sales issue. Avoid this place like the plague. More
This dealership needs a facelift since it looks and feels like circa 1975. They also need to hire help. I brought my Lightning in Aug 2022 and a month after owning it for a persistent warning light (Air Dam fault) and by the end of the day it wasn't resolved and I was asked to plan to leave it for multiple days. Now 4 months later it still is happening. Don't get me started on the lack of loaner cars and what they loan out isn't anything like the 80K Lightning. It is a used mid-sized ford sedan. This is my whole problem with American cars and their dealerships the owners have no idea how to treat their customers. I have a BMW as well and do not experience any of these issues at Paul Miller. My wife drives a Lexus and was given a 2023 brand new loaner when she drops hers off for an oil change. Don't even get me started on the cluster xxxx of ordering and purchasing my Lighting which took 18 months and there was next to zero communication between Ford Company and the dealership and next to none to me the purchaser. More
Wanted to order a 2023 Maverick. I am a member of Veteran's Advantage which uses the Ford X-pricing program. I was told Verner- Cadby was not participating in the program for the Mav I am a member of Veteran's Advantage which uses the Ford X-pricing program. I was told Verner- Cadby was not participating in the program for the Maverick and they are charging $ 2000-$ 3000 mark-up. Veteran's beware Verner-Cadby chooses profit over honor. More

Verner-Cadby is an excellent overall dealership. All three areas, sales, finance and service departments are beyond compare. Most recently we purchased a 2022 Mustang Mach-E in May. This is the fourth new Ford we've bought from Verner-Cadby. Although it has only been a few weeks the Mach-E has been the best car we've ever purchased. Andy in sales is always upfront and clear, there's no guessing where the numbers came from. They take the time to work through all the options so that you walk out knowing all the information. I've never dealt with a faster finance department when finalizing a deal. For service, get there early and routine maintenance is taken care of while you wait. If the service is more extensive they have always worked to provide a loaner while service is being completed. Brian and Rich always clearly communicate what is happening and what work has been completed. More
