Kelly was by far the best car salesman that we have ever encountered. Incompetence! I had a horrible experience! I had an issue with a tire valve sensor while traveling cross country. I went to the dealer because.. well, you think the I had a horrible experience! I had an issue with a tire valve sensor while traveling cross country. I went to the dealer because.. well, you think the dealer will do the best job possible and it's what you do when you want to feel confident that your (still new) car is fixed properly and ready for a long trip. Ultimately, the tire valve was not put in properly... this was only learned after a consistent, slow-leak was noted which caused great distress as we travelled to less populous parts of the country. We had to spend a handful of hours attending to this and it wasn't until we brought it into Walmart -- Walmart! -- which identified the problem instantly (a metal washer was put on the wrong side of the rubber gasket). The mechanic's immediately response to this was, "Ask Walmart for your money back. This should NEVER have happened!" This is exactly what I intend to do. Beyond the incompetence which threw a tension-filled wrench into our travels, the actual wait time was double what what we were told... And then we were told that they couldn't find the tool necessary to remove the TPMS message from appearing on the screen, creating an additional wait. An absolutely horrible experience. I will be talking to management for a full refund of this boggled transaction. It is the only thing that will restore my confidence in this dealership. Honda has always treated me well and I want to believe this is an isolated incidence of incompetence. More
