good at first We were vehicle shopping and found one vehicle we liked they said we couldn't get it because with having not the best credit we had to have something We were vehicle shopping and found one vehicle we liked they said we couldn't get it because with having not the best credit we had to have something newer with lower miles so after many vechule we were not interested in we said the only thing we will take Is the one we want they replied it is sold and you don't want it it has problems so we left and left it at that within days they call saying that car is avaiable if we want it we go pick it up it is great we love it but it has a ripped sit belt and has since we bought it which they have to replace due to a safety Hazzard well its been two months trying to get it in for an appointment to replace the belt they won't return calls if someone answers they are busy unsure or in a meeting More

My application was sent to numerous dealers but i chose verne eide due to there promptness and very polite salesmen who called. We discussed several options of vehicles and he stated that he had a 2007 suburban which would work great with a large family i thought great thats perfect since i have 5 children. So the next day i went there well the suburban wasnt ready but we have a yukon xl i thought ok great lets look at it. After test driving the vehicle i found nothing to worry about it. Well 5 days after we got it home transmission went out so i called my salesman steve witham and he said get it up here and we will fix it then it occurred to me how was i going to do that so i called a towing company and got a quote. I called steve with that quote and they said no just tow it to your closest dealer. Well i sat there for about 7 hrs waiting for them to figure out who was going to fix it. After that 7 hrs of waiting they brought me a honda accord to drive while mines being repaired. Im no mathematician but 5 children in a honda thats not going to work so i called them thats when someone i spoke with told me its not there problem and hung up. I calles them and said i am your problem until the yukon gets repaired. It took almost 2 wewks to get the yukon back. When i arrived at the dealership that was repairing it i noticed them changing the battery i asked and he said it was shot i thought kool well after i left the dealership that night i noticed headlights where going bright and dim the whole way home. The next morning i found out why the repairman didnt tighten thebattery cables i tried to talk with them with no such luck they never returned my calls i will never recommended them nor will i ever be buying anything from them any time soon. We met our salesman Kelly Harbin early in the morning and he promised that we would have a great experience that day buying a car - and, we did! Kelly was by far the best car salesman that we have ever encountered. Kelly is knowledgeable, honest and he was patient with us as he helped us narrow our search down to eventually the car that was right for us. We are very happy with our vehicle purchase and Vern Eide Honda. We will be happy to recommend Vern Eide and Kelly to all of our friends and familty that may be interested in buying a vehicle. Incompetence! I had a horrible experience! I had an issue with a tire valve sensor while traveling cross country. I went to the dealer because.. well, you think the I had a horrible experience! I had an issue with a tire valve sensor while traveling cross country. I went to the dealer because.. well, you think the dealer will do the best job possible and it's what you do when you want to feel confident that your (still new) car is fixed properly and ready for a long trip. Ultimately, the tire valve was not put in properly... this was only learned after a consistent, slow-leak was noted which caused great distress as we travelled to less populous parts of the country. We had to spend a handful of hours attending to this and it wasn't until we brought it into Walmart -- Walmart! -- which identified the problem instantly (a metal washer was put on the wrong side of the rubber gasket). The mechanic's immediately response to this was, "Ask Walmart for your money back. This should NEVER have happened!" This is exactly what I intend to do. Beyond the incompetence which threw a tension-filled wrench into our travels, the actual wait time was double what what we were told... And then we were told that they couldn't find the tool necessary to remove the TPMS message from appearing on the screen, creating an additional wait. An absolutely horrible experience. I will be talking to management for a full refund of this boggled transaction. It is the only thing that will restore my confidence in this dealership. Honda has always treated me well and I want to believe this is an isolated incidence of incompetence. More
