Awesome Experiance I emailed Jesse asking if he could help us buy out the lease on our 2014 Honda Accord as well as work with us to buy a newer truck. We set up time to I emailed Jesse asking if he could help us buy out the lease on our 2014 Honda Accord as well as work with us to buy a newer truck. We set up time to meet with Jesse and wound up spending 6 hours with him, driving to various Vern Eide locations in Sioux Falls to test drive trucks. We were able to complete both transactions the same day. Never once did we feel like we were wasting his time or pressured to make a hasty decision to buy something. Buying a vehicle can be gruesome and intimidating - not this time! In fact, we actually had fun! Spilled soda on the showroom floor and all. :) This is 3rd time we have done business with Vern Eide, and will continue to come back. Jesse made our experience something we would look forward to doing again in the future. Hands down, he is THE BEST sales person I have ever worked with when purchasing a vehicle! We will recommend Jesse and Vern Eide to friends and family! More
Not the best experience this time I've been using Vern Eide service for over 4 years and 2 different vehicles. Used to be the service was fast and efficient. Apparently they are getting too busy to schedule the service appointments and have outsourced to a 3rd party. Just the process of getting a service appointment scheduled was a nightmare....on hold for 15 minutes before transferred to a real person, then being interrogated by someone who obviously had no clue about Vern Eide. She then proceeded to schedule me for a 2:30pm drop off for a 30,000 mile inspection that usually takes over half a day, even after me inquiring if that would allow enough time. Needless to say the service rep wasn't the happiest when I showed up at 2:30 for a service that he wouldn't have enough time for. My car wasn't finished until 6pm, which at that time I no longer had a way to get back and pick it up so it had to sit there overnight. Then when I came back to pick it up they had a hard time getting a service rep back to explain the service and charges to me. For a $430 service to a vehicle that is less than a year old I think I deserve to have some details explained to me. Oh and I was told by my sales rep when I bought the car, I would get a complimentary car wash with the big services, which had never happened. More

#hondalover I bought my Honda Odyssey when my first child was 6 months old. He is now 13. We have replaced it with a Pilot- my husband loved it so much he got one I bought my Honda Odyssey when my first child was 6 months old. He is now 13. We have replaced it with a Pilot- my husband loved it so much he got one too- both from Vern Edie!! We love the professional service, friendly people and the SAFETY we without question can trust at this dealership. Over the years there has been TONS of things they have helped with from vehicle technology to oil changes- We bought our cars as CPO vehicles!! We highly recommend them. More

Sales amazing service not so much After only having my car for a day I noticed front end shaking. I called my sales Lady and she said call Monday to get it in. I was told that it should only be approximately half a day to fix. So I made the appointment at 11 and arrived about 10:45. I stood and waited at service for 15 minutes before I was even talk to. Then it took another 15 minutes to sign in the vehicle get the loaner car I had asked for. When I called at 3:40 (had to page service 3 xs before anyone answered) they told me it was still going to be another hour and a half. I was told by one of the workers which is a friend of mine that they didn't get the vehicle in right away because service stated I was rude. Which is a bad reason not to fix a vehicle when an appointment was made for a week ahead of time, and knowing I had 3 little kids in tow. I would not have been rude if somebody would have helped me as soon as I pulled my vehicle into the service area. And when I pulled my vehicle into the service area right away there was four men sitting behind your computer and look straight at me none of them asking to help me what I needed nothing they looked at me. Then they called around 5:30 to say it was finished and then I could come pick it up. My sales woman is amazing. The front end women are great. Finance/leasing amazing as well. The men in service we're a totally different subject. More
