Over the past month I have been dealing with quite a few dealership's, however no I was referred to Rebecca via Dalton whom also was very exceptional! She politely answered all my questions solved all my concerns as well told me about another service whom can help me as well. I am proud to say I will be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Sooo very helpful. I left my doctors office and found a tire alert on my Civic. I went right to Vern Eide and they took me in without any appointment. Since it would be a while to check out the problem, they arranged for a ride home for me. After I got home I realized I did not have my purse and called Vern Eide. They were very very helpful., They went right out to the van, found my purse, brought it in to the receptionist and called me back right away. A day that started out not so good, turned out great! I am so thankful. Everyone I deal with has always been helpful and it is a pleasure to do business there. More

Redemption From A Subpar Day A few weeks ago I took my vehicle in for something routine. The service person was alittle rude and pre-occupied. He made me wait by my car. Just so happens I had to come back for a recall and I received same service person. He was so amazing. Helpful and attentive. Traded my leased Civic for a lease on a Fit I've had leases on two Civics and just traded in for a lease on a 2016 Fit. I love it. I am single and put on miles to get to one of my jobs. Disappointed I asked to have a ride at 8:30 AM. I showed up at 8:15 AM. I did not get picked up until 9:05 PM was delivered to my office at 9:30 AM which was one I asked to have a ride at 8:30 AM. I showed up at 8:15 AM. I did not get picked up until 9:05 PM was delivered to my office at 9:30 AM which was one half hour after I was scheduled to be there for a client. There needs to be better organize Seshan. None of the people I rode with what you're going to work that I know of and all reported after me. Lastly I had to bring up the free set of tires to the service representative because he knew nothing about it as and I had been advised the last time. That's $700 and new tires I was very disappointed that I had to bring it up when it was brought up to me by you in the first place. More

Good but it took almost 2 hours for my service this time. I have always been satisfied with the service at Vern Eide until this time. I also now have a low sensor light that is on and my tires are only at 32 # of pressure. I have checked them twice and they should be 33#. More
