Outstanding Service I received a notice from Honda regarding a recall. I contacted the service dept and was advised that no appointment necessary just bring vehicle in I received a notice from Honda regarding a recall. Long wait,no communication. We have been purchasing cars from Vern Eide for over 20 years. Until recently we have been very happy with our service but the last few times we have We have been purchasing cars from Vern Eide for over 20 years. Until recently we have been very happy with our service but the last few times we have noticed a definite drop in the quality of customer service. I was told it would take an hour for an oil change and it took closer to an hour and a half. The last few times we have had service the times have seemed lengthy. Tim was friendly and courteous but I feel he could gave advised me that it was taking a little longer than expected. I don't entirely blame him for this less than pleasant experience. Perhaps you need to to look at more staffing in your service dept. During my wait, I also observed that your cashier was not very friendly with customers and when they asked her questions, she acted rather annoyed and rude with her answers. Again, my experience with Vern Eide has been very good in the past and I don't plan to quit doing business with you but I know you can do better than this. More
