Disappointed I asked to have a ride at 8:30 AM. I showed up at 8:15 AM. I did not get picked up until 9:05 PM was delivered to my office at 9:30 AM which was one I asked to have a ride at 8:30 AM. I showed up at 8:15 AM. I did not get picked up until 9:05 PM was delivered to my office at 9:30 AM which was one half hour after I was scheduled to be there for a client. There needs to be better organize Seshan. None of the people I rode with what you're going to work that I know of and all reported after me. Lastly I had to bring up the free set of tires to the service representative because he knew nothing about it as and I had been advised the last time. That's $700 and new tires I was very disappointed that I had to bring it up when it was brought up to me by you in the first place. More

Good but it took almost 2 hours for my service this time. I have always been satisfied with the service at Vern Eide until this time. I also now have a low sensor light that is on and my tires are only at 32 # of pressure. I have checked them twice and they should be 33#. More

No pressure! We really enjoyed working with John Morel as we considered whether to purchase a Honda CRV or a Subaru Forester. Quick Turn-Around Arrived at the service garage on a Saturday 45 minutes before closing (thought they closed at 6:00 pm not 5:00). The service representative was courteous, positive, and very upbeat. All we needed was an oil change and the usual inspection that goes along with that service. Thirty minutes later, the car was ready to go. The technicians performed an efficient and thorough inspection even near the end of their day. We were very appreciative of the expedience and efficiency of the entire staff! More
