Sooo very helpful. I left my doctors office and found a tire alert on my Civic. I went right to Vern Eide and they took me in without any appointment. Since it would b I left my doctors office and found a tire alert on my Civic. I went right to Vern Eide and they took me in without any appointment. Since it would be a while to check out the problem, they arranged for a ride home for me. After I got home I realized I did not have my purse and called Vern Eide. They were very very helpful., They went right out to the van, found my purse, brought it in to the receptionist and called me back right away. A day that started out not so good, turned out great! I am so thankful. Everyone I deal with has always been helpful and it is a pleasure to do business there. More

Redemption From A Subpar Day A few weeks ago I took my vehicle in for something routine. The service person was alittle rude and pre-occupied. He made me wait by my car. Traded my leased Civic for a lease on a Fit I've had leases on two Civics and just traded in for a lease on a 2016 Fit. I love it. I am single and put on miles to get to one of my jobs.
